FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long do the sessions take?
It all depends but the minimum session is 3hrs.
What are location travel fees?
All my necessary travel fees will be paid prior. I do require overnight hotel paid if I am required to shoot over 7 hours. International bookings require flight to be paid.
Why do I have to pay a deposit?
This is to ensure you are serious about booking my time. I require a 50% down payment. These deposits are non-refundable.
What happens if it rains? Can I reschedule?
Understandable that weather changes and we’re unable to shoot. I will be able to reschedule another shoot with you for the same package subject to 48 hr notice.
When do I pay the remainder? Can I pay all upfront?
I require the remainder 1 month before the shoot. If the shoot is booked less than a month, I do require the payment all upfront. This is to ensure I lock in your dates and I do not overlap bookings with other clients.
Can I bring someone to be my hype person?
Yes of course! However I do require space while shooting as I don’t want them in the shots.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How + when will I receive the files?
I will deliver all content online. Unless you want it on a USB, there will be an extra $25 charge. I will deliver the files to you within 30 days of the shoot unless agreed alternatively.
Can I have the unedited versions or raw files?
No. You will not receive any unedited versions or the raw files. I will not release any unedited photos unless I am showcasing the before and after visuals for editing.
How long do you store our images?
I only keep client files on file for 30 days. I will not be able to give you the files after that timeframe. Please make sure to save your files properly. I recommend purchasing a USB package so that way you don’t have to worry about if you saved the photos or not properly.
Will you retouch (photoshop) how I look?
No, I will not distort or alter your face or body inaccurately. I will retouch your skin but my edits are always done naturally as if there was no obvious retouching. My style of editing is to produce an image that is natural, timeless and effortless.
Do I get to select the images?
You will not be able to select the images. I require trust in my clients. I will not be able to show every photo that I take. This will double my work and reduce my speed for editing. Therefore no, you cannot select the images. I only allow selection of images to brands and companies for an extra charge.
What if we are not happy with the final images?
I do not offer any refunds even if you are not happy with the final images. Do view my past work as a consideration of what I can produce for you. Please do provide me with any information prior. This ensures I can create your dream shoot and preplan for success!

What if we don’t want the images used on your social media, website, or anywhere online?
All my images are subject to be used in my portfolio. I do require a fee to be paid if you are requesting images not be used for marketing purposes. This is my main way to communicate my art, by showcasing it! Therefore I charge extra if you require no marketing with your images.

Can we pick what image go on your website?
My website is subject to a certain aesthetic and design and unfortunately I cannot ask every person for personal preferences on what image I choose to post.

Other Things To Note:
The client is responsible for their own metro card, uber/lyft ride, gas, parking as well as any other permits needed for the location. The client is also encouraged to bring props, such as flowers, but is responsible for whatever props they would like in the images. If budget permits, I can also coordinate.
